Group Fitness

Get ready to sweat, push your limits, and achieve your fitness goals like never before at Stadium 2000's exhilarating group fitness classes.

Our dedicated and experienced instructors are there to inspire, motivate, and guide you every step of the way. They will ensure you're using proper form, pushing yourself just enough, and having a blast while doing it.

We have a range of classes available from Spin to yoga, aquacise, going for gold seniors classes and a variety of others. See time table below. You can participate as a member or as a casual user. Either way you will require a membership or free guest account or online profile to book.

Bootcamp Registration Form 2026

Bootcamp will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.15am and starts on 27th January 2026. Duration: 45minute sessions, 8 weeks. Cost: $99.00. You must commit to both days and the cost remains the same regardless of attendance.


Following the success of last year’s Bootcamp, which saw strong commitment, great results and an outstanding group atmosphere, Bootcamp 2026 builds on what worked and raises the standard again.

Led by instructors Eli, Sam and Sinead, sessions will include a mix of structured fitness testing, strength and conditioning circuits, running based sessions, bodyweight training such as press ups and core work and guided recovery to support performance and reduce injury risk.


Places are limited and we would love to have you join us.


*Please note that this Bootcamp will incorporate elements of military-recruit-style format, with an emphasis on focus and momentum. Participants must arrive on time, as sessions will move efficiently and at times you may be asked to work at a quicker pace. This approach is designed to create a unique and motivating experience that is different from a typical group fitness class. e.g. If you are late - you might have to do burpees ;-) or something equally fun.
