Group Fitness

Push your limits, build strength, and stay motivated in our high-energy group fitness classes at Stadium 2000.

Our qualified, experienced instructors deliver safe, effective, and engaging sessions that challenge you at the right level—while keeping classes fun and inclusive. Whether you’re new to fitness or training regularly, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

We offer a wide range of classes, including:

  • Yoga

  • Aquacise

  • Going for Gold (Seniors)

  • Plus a variety of other group fitness options

Classes are available to members and casual users. To book, you’ll need either:

  • An active membership, or

  • A free guest account / online profile
