Service Description

Join us on Saturday, 28 March for a practical and engaging family water safety workshop. This is a family pool entry event, with a flat fee of $12.00 per family, payable at reception on arrival. Multiple sessions will run throughout the day, each 45 minutes long, giving families the chance to choose a time that suits them. Please ensure everyone brings togs, towels, and any personal swimming gear needed. The workshop is designed for children aged 5 years and older, and all participants will need to enter the water together. You can expect a supportive, hands-on session focused on safety skills and confidence in the water.

Cancellation Policy

1. Supervision Requirements To ensure a safe environment for all participants: - All children under 10 years of age must be directly supervised by a responsible person aged 16 or older. - Supervisors of under 5's must remain in the pool and be within arms reach at all time. - Staff may remove participants from the inflatable if behaviour becomes unsafe or if supervision standards are not being met. 2. Safety Expectations For the safety of all guests: - Participants must follow all lifeguard instructions at all times. - Running, pushing, rough play, or intentionally disrupting others is not allowed. - Anyone who ignores safety directions or behaves in a way that places others at risk may be asked to leave the inflatable or pool area. 3. Capacity Limits Sessions are capped at 100 participants per session. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the session reaches capacity, no additional participants can be added. 4. Weather & Operational Conditions - Inflatable sessions may be cancelled or modified if: - Weather conditions create unsafe circumstances (high winds, electrical storms, etc.). - Water clarity or water quality falls outside operational standards. - Operational issues arise that prevent safe supervision or equipment use. - If a session is cancelled due to weather or operational issues: - You will be notified as soon as possible using the contact details on your booking. 5. Cancellation by the Customer Customers may cancel their booking: Up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. 6. Late Arrival To keep all sessions running smoothly: Late arrivals may not be able to join the session if capacity has already been reached through other bookings. Session times cannot be extended for late arrivals. 7. Behaviour and Conduct Stadium 2000 maintains a respectful environment: Swearing at staff or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. Staff reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals who compromise safety or wellbeing. 8. Liability By booking, you acknowledge: Participation involves inherent water-based risks. You are responsible for supervising minors in your care. Stadium 2000 staff will intervene if safety risks arise but cannot provide individual supervision.
