Frequently asked questions

What is the Covid-19 Protection Framework?

The new framwork replaces the method of elimation and alert levels. It is commoly referred to as the traffic light system and will adopt three levels know as green, orange and red. Each level is aimed at controlling outbreaks in regions while having less disruption and more stability for businesses.

Will Stadium 2000 require its customers to be vaccinated?

For us to remain open, we will require our users over 12 years and 3 months old to be vaccinated and use vaccine certificates. For people who choose to be unvaccinated we are offering a complimentary hold for up to 12 months.

Do I have to show my vaccine pass on every visit?

When Marlborough moves into the traffic light system, your first visit will require you to check in with reception and verify your vaccination status. Our team will scan your vaccine pass and then load your status and expiry date into our member database. With your permission this information will be kept on your profile so you do not have to verify with us each time.
