Group Fitness Classes

Pump

A resistance program designed to give full body muscular and fat burning workout using light bar and free weights. A fantastic calss to begin Group Fitness with due to it's simplicity and almost immediate results.

Step

Cadiovascular conditioning and fat burning with the added bonus of lower body sculpting. Step is for all those wanting to shape up their lower half and increase their fitness in a fun class set to music

B.A.T. Circuit

Butts, Abs and Thighs. A cross training class for those wanting to concentrate on these problem areas. A class that will change format regularly but not in focus, in that it will always target these difficult spots in a fun and challenging way.

RPM Indoor Cycling

Cardiovascular fitness and calorie burning in a low impact, fun format. Each participant has their own indoor cycle and pedals their way through an hours worth of challenging tracks. Although challenging for even the most athletic cyclist, through varied resistance, even new members will manage and benifit from this class.
